Salary: Starting at £29.000 per year, with the opportunity to progress to £31,000 with bonuses
Bonus: Annual bonus linked to both company and individual performance (up to £1,500 per year)
Additional pay: Mileage paid in between schools at 45p per business mile

Location: This role involves teaching at multiple schools in Southall and the surrounding areas (Perivale, Old Windsor, Hounslow, Acton, West Drayton, Harrow)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead fun, high-energy band sessions for groups of primary-aged children across up to 6 schools each week
- Teach drums, keyboard, guitar and vocals, with confidence in at least two of them
- Build warm, positive relationships with pupils, parents and school staff
- Help children prepare for their live performances
- Carry out light daily admin (around 30 minutes per day)
- Support learners working towards entry-level RSL music awards
- Set up and pack away equipment as part of the daily routine
